1. You must be 21 year of age or older to join any of our wine clubs. 2. We have the right to change the rules, benefits, quantities and allocations at any time. We will not, however, increase your shipments without contacting you. 3. You may retire from any of our wine clubs at any time and for any reason. Just let us know. We cannot, however, change shipments or accept returns after shipments have been charged to your credit card and shipped. 4. Credit cards will be charged just prior to shipments. 5. If your credit card is rejected for any reason, we will try to contact you, but we cannot be responsible. Please contact us if your information changes. 6.
