Winemaker's Notes:
The 2008 Concerto ToKalon Vineyard Cabernet is a stunning wine with extraordinary balance, refinement and elegance. Its inky dark colors, with aromas of blackberry, blueberry, and currant foreshadows a powerful wine with complex layers of chocolate, pipe tobacco and crème de cassis, it also has hints of cedar and vanilla and a touch of oak. Well structured with sweet tannins, it is silky on the palate and crescendos to a seemingly endless finish. Drink 2015 to 2030. Alcohol 14.2%. Aged 28 months in 100% new French oak barrels.
